Problem

Business numbers sit in the bank, the POS, invoices and spreadsheets. To see the whole picture, someone compiles them by hand - for weeks.

Kvasir: all business data in one place - answers in minutes, not weeks

How it works
  • We gather data from everywhere: bank, POS, invoices, delivery, CRM, warehouse - anything.
  • Everything lands in one database, the analysis runs on its own, and on top sits an AI that answers questions about the business.
  • Restaurant chains got Kvasir first: the very first assessment found an invoice paid twice and ads that were not paying off.

We set it up for any business where the numbers are still compiled by hand.

Problem

There is an idea for an app, but no clear way to turn it into a working product.

We did it all ourselves, start to finish

Mosena is a journal with AI: you write or dictate how the day went, and the app notices what keeps recurring and shows it back in your own words. Three versions of the product until it became simple and useful.

What we did ourselves
  • Researcha review of the scientific literature; its conclusions became product rules
  • Productpositioning, audience, pricing
  • Brand and designname, logo, illustrations, design system
  • iPhonetext and voice entries, a learning game of short stories, reminders, subscriptions
  • AIfinds recurring patterns and backs them with quotes; in difficult entries it shows where to turn for help
  • ServersAPI, database and vector memory, backups, hosting in the EU
  • Launcha two-language website, GDPR, a TestFlight beta, marketing
