Mosena: we did it all ourselves, start to finish
Our product Mosena. An AI app
Mosena is a journal with AI: you write or dictate how the day went, and the app notices what keeps recurring and shows it back in your own words. Three versions of the product until it became simple and useful.
Problem
There is an idea for an app, but no clear way to turn it into a working product.
- It needs everything at once: research, product, design, the app, AI, servers and launch.
What we did
We built every layer of the product ourselves.
- Research: a review of scientific work, and its conclusions became the rules of the product.
- Product: positioning, audience, pricing. Brand and design: name, logo, illustrations, design system.
- iPhone: text and voice entries, a learning game of short stories, reminders, subscriptions.
- AI finds what repeats and backs it with quotes; in hard entries it shows where to get help.
- Servers: API, database and vector memory, backups, hosting in the EU. Launch: a website in two languages, GDPR, a beta in TestFlight.
What changed
- The iPhone app is in beta in TestFlight.
- In our tests, the AI recognised every acute crisis case and showed where to get help.
- We take on an app for your business the same way: from research to launch, and we run it afterwards.
