What we did6 of 6 layers · 6 months · 3 versions

Research, product, design, mobile, AI and infrastructure — rebuilt until it worked.

Three versions

Rebuilt until it worked

Each version was checked against the research and daily use. What didn’t hold up was cut.

  1. March

    Web → native

Started as a web app; in two weeks moved to React Native.

  2. V1 · March–May

  3. V2 · May–June

    Patterns with evidence

Chat removed. Every pattern backed by dated quotes.

  4. V3 · Sept–Oct

    Themes

Patterns grouped into themes, “Work on it”, monthly letters.
